EXACTLY.
The only thing that I see here that is demeaning is that someone ASSUMES that a handicapped person is some kind of helpless victim, that has no say in what happens to them, as opposed to a person that chooses to perform. You are seeing this woman as some kind of animal that is not in control of her own life?
Now THAT is demeaning.... and so is the original post of this thread
