You have to realise that the "TOP NOTCH" and "<SPONSOR> IS GOOD PEOPLE" comments are made by fake nicks.
In general, a sponsor has at least 4-5 fake nicks on GFY, just in case.
So when a thread starts about that sponsor, the 4-5 nicks will use the above comments.
