Yes that would be the minimum thanks for pointing that out. 
Photo Galleries - Minimum 15 Photos from the same series
Movie Galleries - Minimum 3 clips in series 10 seconds min each

Hmm, maybe i'm just misunderstanding the rule.. The way i read it you're suposed to post min. once every 48 hours to stay in the competition, and since nobody have done this, wouldn't the competition be dead by now?
