No, webmasters chasing high payouts are why programs shave.
If you had a shave proof program (dunno how you'd do that but if it were possible) and you paid $20 per signup, nobody would send you traffic.
Open a program with custom coded affiliate software that has a built in shave feature, and offer webmasters $40 per signup, and everyone and their brother sends traffic.
If you pay an honest $20 per signup nobody sends traffic....if you shave half the sales and pay $40 per signup everyone sends traffic.
If you're a program owner which one do you do? Do you sit on your soapbox and scream that the companies with higher payouts are shaving......while you go bankrupt?
Or do you play the game by the same rules as everyone else and make money?
