It would change things like...
WE COULD BUILD SHIPS THAT TRAVEL TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE UNIVERSE IN MINUTES.
So that blows Einstein's theory away that nothing can move faster than light.
Problem is, you can build a ship that could travel faster than light but navigation and computing would have to be light years ahead of what we know now. If you can move faster than light, you can go into the future. Maybe, maybe into the past.
