The answer to your questions is SIMPLE.
Respect is an intellectual property/characteristic. You give respect and get it back through intelligence.
Education is lacking in minorities therefore you receive the child like ignorance. They prefer to handle things like animals(ignorant people) than like men.
But who ends up on top in the GREAT battles? The witty, the clever, the intelligent.
Every battle is won before it's ever fought.
