I posted this exact post here about 2 years ago... there was some guy here who's family owns and runs about 70 gas stations in the USA, he lost it on me saying how unfair this plan would be etc. :D
Personally I think it's a great plan, and now that Canadians are paying over $1.00 a liter maybe more of us will wake the hell up and consider it.
'course if you're happy watching the price of gas rise and are happily forking over the bucks for it you'll do nothing.
Whatever.
