TBH, watching this I can understand why you might be a little upset no one likes to hear things about themself that are less than complementary, and the fact that it came from an ( and I assume) unexpected source may have made the situtation a litte rougher.

However, I for one wouild rather a person who didn't like something say it rather than pretend. At least you know where the man stands, He said he likes you as a person, but feels this board stuff has gone to your head, and he said it to YOU. I'd for one prefer that over, being attacked by an anon or a smile to my face and talk trash to everyone behind my back.


I have no doubt you have an agenda. You are funny, have charisma, and gosh darn it people like you. You bring a large number of views to this board, and in times of crisis you can lighten a mood better than most. And if you are "branding" yourself and making some revenue in the process GREAT for you.

on the flip side.

I have said on a few occasions, that I would hate to be a top level advertiser here. It's really a tough pill to swallow paying 3k a month for a top banner spot that is in rotation with 30 other top banner spots trying to compete with 61,000 half page ads. I don't think it is necessarly fair to the advertisers ( but this is NOT my board and I have no control, but I have voiced this opinion)

And again, there was a point in time where the emu thing got a little crazy. Every thread ( and not just you) post, pic,pic,pic,pic, response, pic,pic,pic was a bit disruptive to biz and bullshit thread alike. But again this is just MY opinion, and I'm expressing it to YOU.

I sure hope my opinion doesn't make me a bad person or put me on a shit list. But I can understand how you may feel the way you do about this situation, but I can also understand Eros as well.
