Can you tell me if you bought some passes to submit your freesites?
Because I tried that strategy and after 2 weeks I had like
500 RAW HITS (250 English HITS)
the niche was :
- teenie Panty
- trannies
- facials
sponsor was : sunnydollars

BTW : I think it is easier to make hard cash with SEO sites of famous programs (like adultfriendfinder or bangbros)
For example SEO pages of typos of adult friend finder:

make a SEO page with the multiple keywords

So you could make a page that goes top 5 in google.
Let's count 20 % of those searches will reach you if you are top 5
400 visits a month : your page is about adult friend finder and the person who end up at your page is also looking about adult friend finder so mostlikely you will get some good conversions.
and this is for 1 typo make 50 typo pages like that of adult friend finder or other heavy searched programs (brangbros, milfhunter, ...) and you will be making hard cash
