I have a new project I am considering setting up with a new offshore development company. I have a group that I work with, however they have become slower and slower to move on new projects.

So, what I am looking for is a RECCOMENDATION ( ALL YOU OFFSHORE SPAMMERS READ THIS AS DONT FUCKING POST HERE ) from you all on groups that you have worked with. And I don't mean a simple script here or a db backup there. I am looking for moving a pretty large project to this team.
