Canada Customs takes care of "INCOMING' not "OUTGOING' parcels.....
Note; Use FedEx for importation. Clears in the sky in a jiffy ... I get 1000's of hardcore dvd's with no problem.
By mail, if a supplier sends me a sample, it get seized and destroyed.
