Just Shoot Them
Why are they letting looters run rampant? Why are they letting people tote guns around in this disaster? Why are they letting car jackers get away? All these new rumors now about rapes in the SuperDome, total lawlessness, etc.
This is a war zone now. I say just shoot the fuckers. It's martial law and if you break it, goodnight. Police officers are in over their head, get some pissed of soldiers in there to fuck some shit up. You'll see a lot less looting.
