the whole problem is that no one believes in condoms in africa! you think this will help if no one uses condoms in the first place? not only that but money is another problem, no one can afford condoms. will they give it away? if so they should also give regular condoms away. rape is not the only way aids is spread. and yeah, you can guarentee there will be some crazy bitches in the rest of the world that will use it for revenge.
