doesnt surprise me. those fuckers will do anything they want. i had to turn them into the BBB back in 2002 because they terminated my account (for a bogus reason) THEN they never paid me my last check! Needless to say, i got my check a week later after i contacted the BBB but they're a bunch of asshats.
