Its not about not having a way out. Its about stubborn black people who didn't take heed to the warnings.
No thats not a racist comment, I grew up around them and I have African American descent. Stubborness.
Sheppard Smith would call in reports to Fox News and he would interview people asking them why haven't they left yet....most people responded with "There is no reason to leave, they always give us these warnings"
Maybe they cried wolf too many times prior to this hurricane.
