Tell me if this sounds like we're fucking her over:
1) She works one day per month
2) She is given a $500/monthly clothing allowance, and she is allowed to keep any clothes that she likes
3) She has creative control of her photoshoots, if she doesn't want to do hardcore, she doesn't have to
4) She now makes over $5000 per shoot
5) She is treated at every opportunity, we often send her and her boyfriend on all expense paid vacations
I wish i could get "fucked over" like that!
