Is there any one place that content providers could post their new content. An auto-submitter or something. I have found several spam boards, and New content Lists. But I think it would be great to have a place or program to submit samples or links to new content that only webmasters could access. You know, a place that would already have sifted the surfer traffic out.

Pleas add all links or programs if any.
