$30/hr cash is $57k/yr cash.. that's equivilent to what? About $75k W2, $95k 1099?
That is decent for a fairly experienced C coder.. I know a couple that make more, but they are exceptional coders.
Of course, you have to find someone who doesn't mind working for cash and is willing to take the small risk of the IRS finding out and them being fucked hardcore. ;)
