Works great for my occasional insomnia. Only downside is that if you use it for more than 2-3 days in a row and then stop taking it, you might have a harder time getting to sleep.
I usually take 2-3mg of it with a couple glasses of wine or beer.

my girlfriend lives on that shit...amp i have the same problem of not being able to sleep...thats why around 2 in the morning i take one Excedrin PM...(im not sure on the spelling) and now i can barely keep my eyes open, its 3:30...
