Our cats talk. Most people just aren't intelligent enough to understand them. Just yesterday I heard my kat say, "Come here babies, I've got some tasty ham for you!" sure enough, they all came running.
In catspeak it came out something like "Prrrrrrt, meowp, gaddrrrr mmmmm"
