This idiot works for a porn producer - porn producers have ID's on talent - they did before the new 2257 regs went into effect - as long as producers are required to keep records which include ID's this type of thing can happen - it's the employer's fault for putting an idiot in a position where he had access to the ID's. Don't blame 2257 on this - record keeping is necessary.

actually I don't think there should be any mandated record keeping at all, you dont have to give out your personal info for all eternity when you buy cigarettes or alcohol and both are arguably more dangerous for kids.
truth is it should be illegal to shoot an underage person but at the same time it should NOT be illegal to shoot an of age person just because you dont possess an ID. There was no crime committed so why should it be a crime?
The government can bring to justice those suspected of this the same way they do anyone else....catch them and prosecute them.
I have always kept IDs on my performers but I will not turn them over to anyone who doesn't need them...thats why I don't resell my content except to a very select few. If at all.
