He deserves alot more than getting fired, he should get his ass sued by every single talent he is breaking the privacy..
This sort of thing was expected lots of wackos and most "companys" don't give a damm or do proper research about who the hire.
This is just the start tho, I imagine what will happen when you had "risky" outsourcing and disgruttled employees to the mix...
