if you think someone is really ripping you off take a couple snap shots of the page
do a "save as" so you can check the names of the images which comprise your page to see if they have been copied (especially helpful if you use unique names to save your images)
u also might use a program like snagit to take some pictures of the page
evidence, that is what you need if you are going to take action
