Why do you want a cheap designer?
Do you want a poor designed site? Do you want a bad site?.... If you want one do it yourself.
Learning Flash takes time and dedication so Flash design should be payed at it's true value.
I'm fucking sick of all those looking for cheap design, Flash or not.
