Imagine a city where you can spend your entire mortgage on games of chance and drink 24-7 and the liqour stores never close...and there's a better than average chance that marijuanna will get legalized (although I';m sure the feds will stop that) and you can't even tuck a dollar into an 18 year old girl's g-string.....
