Please make sure and cover yourself legally, don't just take the advise of a bunch of dickwads like us (me included), unless we are telling you to see a lawyer. Even getting a form from someone else that shoots content doesn't cover you, get sound legal advise and spent a few bucks getting the proper paperwork
