Johnny I am always available to chat with people on ICQ, Ray has been dealing with you on this issue and I would prefer that you resolve things with him.
I could care less about $39, it's the chargeback that drives me nuts. As anyone with a merchant account knows chargebacks are a big deal and we try to avoid them at all cost. It's hard to negotiate a lower % credit card processing rate when you get silly chargebacks like this...
Maybe I flew over the top on this with you (and I apologize) but it infuriates me to no end when I see chargebacks that can easily have been avoided.
