Sometime in 2003, Pioneer and Philips will be releasing a DVD player that will play DivX encoded movies ....
I was an authorized Pioneer dealer for several years ... and still have many inside contacts ...
A DivX/DVD player is gonna fukkin ROCK !!!
I compress almost everything into DivX these days ... When I was able to convert a 60MB home video clip into a 880K DivX file (with same physical size and identical image quality) .... I was hooked for life !!!
