Thanks for your reply. We are located in LA and have already formed a business entity. Our website is up, we have taken care of our 2257 issues, and are comfortable with our trademark position on our name.

We are basically looking to establish an ongoing legal relationship with an attorney that understands liability issues surrounding adult content on the web, can help give our contracts for content a once over, can help us maintain our corporate liability veil, and other general ongoing legal issues associated with owning and operating a successful adult website.

I have done some research but most of the people's names I have come up with have been in Florida. I have found one guy in SF and another in San Diego. I was hoping to find one in the LA area, or one whom one of peers could recommend!
