Taking the article at face value people are getting hungup on the CP stuff (btw there's a lot of VERY famous authors with published books involving explicit underage sex scenes - think this is OK and see big chunks of your local library vanish) and ignoring the rest...

The article says that the obscenity charges are also for...S&M, theesomes, orgies, bondage. The woman invloved then goes on to say...
" [It seems] the only legal sex stories are those that involve a man and a woman consenting to missionary position sex in a dark room.?
As I read it she's being done for obscenity on pretty mainstream stuff too.
