1. I made my 1st website a few years ago, submitted to PK and that was about it - 10,000 hits a day and great CTR.

How about today's newbie: 1 cd of pics, 1 domain w/ basic hosting, no money no contacts. How would you start ?

2. In which phase would you start expanding your current project by either automating your work processes, or hiring staff (assuming both of those options actually cost money). a) when the project becomes profitable b) when the project looks promising c) other
