In the long term lack of sleep is probably the most dangerous thing you can do to your body. If doing this business means you are not getting enough sleep and taking time to relax then I suggest its time to re-think.

Cut down on your natural sleep requirement or fight your body clock and the real nasties will have a much easier job getting in. Might take a while before payback though.
