I am fairly certain that you are not a psychiatrist specialized in the subject, but rather an ignoramus speculating based on an unholy combination of media hype, "common sense", unbalanced reporting and outrage at the subject matter, perhaps combined with some small, incoherent pieces of popular science ripped out of their appropriate context.
