maintain their professionalism? You're the asshat that disappeared w/out a trace and left no word on the state of the contest. People waited quite sometime after the date you had said you would announce the winner. It took someone calling you to remind of your obligations.
These guys put a lot of effort into their designs, I'd be sensitive about getting ripped off too.
Professionalism, that's laughable coming from you. How professional is it to pass on what you deemed worthy of third place simply because someone questioned the validity of the contest a week after you were supposed to announce the winner.
Feel free to take your personal excuse for the delay, and shove it up your ass. Business is business.
