However, I have sometimes came to a conclusion that I suck at salesmanship (compared to fellow webmasters). It may be partly due to my nature, and partly due to cultural differences in USA and my country.
How to learn salesmanship?
Or should I just do what I do and eventually get someone else to make more sales for me?

It depends who you are tying to sell. If you mean sell surfers into buying paysite memberships, I think a european, not quite proper english sales pitch would go over well with US customers because of the *possible* taboo nature of european sites/webmasters.
If you mean selling your stuff to fellow webmasters, thats more of a mystery. No matter what you do, someone will always *not* like your style. the idea is to be everywhere and hit as many people as you can.
Look at me. Every day someone somewhere is posting about how I'm no body in this business, how I cheat webmasters, how I'm an asshole, etc. Yet every morning I look through my mail and see webmasters lining up to get into our programs.
The public opinion of a few cheaters/scammers really doesn't carry the day. The honest people will see through the bullshit and want to work with you.
Its great that you're learning programing. Learn that and learn salesmanship (by watching others) After that, you won't need to hire others and you'll get to keep a bigger piece of your pie and also have more control over everything.
I hope that answers your question. If you meant something else, let me know.
