so epassporte - where is my electron card what i been billed for almost 2 months ago?
i hate act like this. but since epassporte actions causing me serious financical and personal problems - let they now answer at public. i tried contact them - but all what i got it bot-like customer support answers.
here is are short version of story:
at 16 Aug i been billed per electron card renewal. ok. month passed - no card.
i mailed to customer support - got some bullshit reply what my current card what been valid up to 08/05 valid up to 08/07.
ok, maybe im idiot - i get my ass to nearest ATM - card expired.
i mailed again. - blablabla - tech department will look at it. week passed - no card, no reply from support or whatever. i mailed again - received answer what my request been forwarded to account verification department. funny thing - for what?
in initial mail to support i asked when my card been send only.
just looked at epassporte mail - any messages to/from customer support here anymore - funny isnt it?
all this crap causing me huge problems - i cannot work since all my phone and data lines disabled by operators due to non-payments. i owed money to people - but cannot work for get money to them.
now i demand public reply from epassporte - where is my new electron card what been "sent" to me?
in 4 days it be 2 months after i been billed. people who order cards week later after me already received their cards long time ago.
longest period of postal mail delivery to my home from us for example - 3 week - usualy 10 days or 2 weeks. not 2 months.
we all know what word started from "s" and containts 4 leters it smells like.
