i'm trying to put together a top list with autorank pro.
they have 2 questions i need to answer before they install it.

1. how often should the ranking pages be updated with current member statistics?

2. How often should the in and out hit counts for your members be set to zero?

what do you guys recomend? i want to submit this within the half hour.
