BRISTOL, VA - City police arrested a man Wednesday on 19 counts of producing child pornography.
Police said they made the arrest after finding 18 graphic photos and a videotape at his home. All portrayed the same child in sex acts, authorities said.
The man was free Wednesday night on $10,000 bond.
