It is not all about colour it's also about income level.

Look at the wealth level of those in prisons and you will see most of them are in the bottom 10%. Because they do not have expensive lawyers to get them off and see a better future for themselves than resorting to crime.

Look at all the countries in Africe who fought and killed to get independance of the Europeans and now hold their hands out for charity because their people are staving. Countries that used to export food and now need hand outs to survive.

While the rulers get fat and the spending on arms gets bigger.

Now compare them with India and the US. Colonies that did well after the Europeans left.
