I dont get it ?
Oral is word to word, verbal is a contract on paper.

I payed for the software, i was making money, they never paid me, they put it all towards the monthly fee. I wasn't making any money, i would of made more working at mcdonalds. So i said take down my site and forget it and give me my refund. Because the owner said i was going to be paid, and i never got paid. I was paying monthly, and everytime the interest went up. I was 18 at the time, he threatned me by staying if i never paid, he would tell my parents, and put a lien on my parents house. When my parents have nothing to do with it; when i came at him with a lawyer, my lawyer sent him a letter. Then he stopped replying, stopped the debt. He even hi-jacked my domain, that thief. Now that i replied to this thread, he sent the debt again.

He is ridiculous
