Yea, he said the program didn't have enough money in the bank to cover webmaster's checks and they have to wait until someone pays them before they can pay webmasters.
Must be operating on a pretty low margain.
I guess if they had more money in another account they could have moved that in to cover their ass and save their rep, but it appears they didn't, and that's just the way it goes when your company is going down
