I'm not a 100% expert on streaming technology but does Flash support DRM? I have heard that there are some security concerns using a Flash-based solution. Although Java is far from perfect ... check out PrivateFeeds (Java-based delivery) for a demo of broadband capabilities (click on the Broadband link under the Video window)

In the live adult cam space, that's about as sweet as it gets. ExShot (Japanese cam site) also has great feeds, One2One and yes, 2much is right up there as well.
