Hey i'm from EU and i beleve the statment is true, My ISP has clamed one of them so my connection is being times by 5 as of October 28th
Yay and 96% of the UK are on Broardband lol... The rest of the EU sucks its mainly wasteland (countryside) so they don't bother with it... wierdo's!
