That that was extremely fucked up. This is how I see it going: to court, with Mutt walking away with his tail between his legs.
All she needs to do is print out this thread which he states over and over that he did it for free, not wanting anthing in return, and I am sure there are emails with the same.
Plus I am more than sure that since there was no contract, he probably didn't get model releases everytime he shot her, so there goes his complete ownership of the photos.
Then I am also sure she could also prove that there was a verbal agreement and that he knowing shot her with the intent to use the photos on her site.
But, that's just how I see it going, I could be wrong.
I don't know why you are all blaming Ashley, it is Mutt, afterall, that is causing her the problems which in turn is causing her to make the change.
Maybe he should realize that when you expect or want nothing in return, that's what you usually end up with, and be happy that he got what he says he wanted, nothing.
