because even while I was ready to help this girl out - soon i could see it was going to be more help than I originally thought - I urged her, begged her to find solutions - when I began to see how this was going to go and money was going to have to spent then I made sure that she understood that if I'm going to spend money, put in the time then shes going to be expected to fulfill her obligations and there would be no outright GIFTS.
