Ok, I have wasted a lot of time reading this thread, and I still can't figure out what the fucking problem is and why it can't be worked out.

3. Ashley gets off of her sweet little rump and attends her cam shows without fail and any other obligations she has with members and keeping in touch with affiliates.
4. If she has not learned HTML and photoshop and has no desire to do so, she can hire and HTML jocky for XXX $'s a month to keep her site updated.
5. Ashley should pay Mutt a certain amount over a period of time for the work, time and expense he incurred getting her program up and running.
6. Ashley is a smart girl and needs to put herself on a schedule just like any other "job". Her site *is* her job and it is very easy to always say "tomorrow I will do more, next week will be much better". All of us webmasters I am sure have been through that, it is hard to stay motivated...and you need to learn to treat it as a job...doing it when you don't feel like doing it.

Mutt: I understand what you were trying to do for her. No excuse for her not shooting content. I can see her disinterest in the HTML/photoshop...it certainly is not for anyone. Many business owners hire that work out, and it is not a "bad" thing if she does, nor is it irresponsible. Not getting content shot is irresponsible though as well as ignoring affiliates and not cancelling cam shows.

Ashley: Very few girls your age can make the kind of money you have been making at your age. Hell, very few make it at any age. Life is short, time flies and opportunities do not last forever. Time to sit down, get yourself a schedule and stick to it. You will not believe the relief you will feel when you stop avoiding the things you need to do and just "get them done and out of the way". Hell, you can spend one weekend a month shooting content like crazy that will be enough for updates for the entire month. Farm out what you are not good at or not interested in. Things like cam shows etc. are only once a week or so, they are quickly over and keeping your members happy keeps your income high. *YOU* are the business, market yourself well and learn from your mistakes and don't make them again.
