I found a site one day that was selling VHS tapes of their daughter playing in her kiddie pool in her backyard.
Those videos are quite harmless I am sure when viewed by family and friends, but when you put that on the net and sell it to guys who are paying 35 bucks a month to log into a member protected section of a site, it no longer is priceless family memorabilia and becomes Entertainment, and if they are jerking their cocks its Sexual Entertainment, not good.
So yeah a VHS of your daughter in the backyard is legal too... but you cant charge people to jerk off to it.
