for the last time - no move by me was EVER going to be taken that would damage a current affiliate. this was Ashley's decision 100% on her own to just run off and send that mass email out to her affiliates.
in fact in my email to her again I told her I thought she was a smart girl and to think about things and come up with a solution - that she would determine how things played out from here. in that email she warned about copyright issues - the only thing she was warned about that would affect affiliates were NEW galleries put up with the content in question.
