i dont think someone can leave unlicensed content up and allowing your webmasters to use it for promotional reasons is really putting them at risk..its not that simple to say oh well sue me. ccbill would shut you down if you are using unlicensed content, if you cant prove you own it they will shut you down..
so id go with a different plan rather than oh well i will just leave it up..
