Another good rule to follow, make sure its ALL BIZ and none of that other shit that clouds the way to making money and keeping shit tight.
You go into biz to MAKE MONEY that is it, take care of your people and get paid. Its a ton of work, make solid deals, get it all on the table, or dont make the deal, all the what if's
